We pack your paint with extra care and get it delivered to you just as fast as we can.
Artworks Paper, Posters, and Art prints are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in round shape tube shipping containers. There is not an option at this time to ship the items flat.

This is only a general guideline for our processing time. See your art's product details to see how soon a specific item is expected to ship. Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations and mailed payments will delay processing start times.
If you order a combination of in-house and special order posters and prints, the order processing time may be 5-7 days (we will ship those items together in one shipment).
In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items if we expect the item to be restocked soon. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.
Average transit times are based on orders shipping to addresses in the Continental United States.

Fees are determined and collected per specific country. Cosmos Gallery is not responsible for duties and/or taxes on shipments.
Each frame is custom made with the utmost care, please allow 10-21 business days to receive your order.At this time, framing is only available for customers within Bangladesh.
Refund Shipment and Lost Shipment
All packages returned to Cosmos Gallery by the shipping company, either because of insufficient addresses or attempted deliveries, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer will have to repay shipping charges again before cosmos gallery re-ships the package.
Cosmos Gallery is NOT responsible for package lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that a shipment was delivered and the customer did not receive it- the customer will need to file a report directly. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.
Tracking Your Order
You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking is provided for international standard shipments.
