Artist Biography :
Kalidas Karmakar is one of Bangladesh’s most recognized contemporary artists.
Trained at what was then the East Pakistan College of Arts and Crafts (currently University of Dhaka’s Faculty of Fine Arts) and at the Government College of Arts and Crafts in Calcutta, he began his art in the early 1970s. His diverse body of work which features found objects, handmade paper, oil on canvas prints, have been widely exhibited throughout South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. In 2006, he received an ACC Fellowship to participate in a residency at the PointB Worklodge in Brooklyn.

All packages returned to Cosmos Gallery by the shipping company, either because of insufficient addresses or attempted deliveries, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer will have to repay shipping charges again before cosmos gallery re-ships the package.
Cosmos Gallery is NOT responsible for package lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that a shipment was delivered and the customer did not receive it- the customer will need to file a report directly. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.
Paintings are not available for return in case of no choice.
