All packages returned to Cosmos Gallery
by the shipping company, either because of insufficient addresses or
attempted deliveries, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the
package is returned to us, the customer will have to repay shipping charges
again before cosmos gallery re-ships the package.
Cosmos Gallery is NOT responsible for
package lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that a shipment was
delivered and the customer did not receive it- the customer will need to file a
report directly. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.

case of no choice.
