Garden Gallery Cosmos welcomes Spring with daylong 'Live Drawing, Watercolour Session & Exhibition'
Eight invited artists drew and painted from life in the gallery garden on 22 February 2025, and the works they made were shown the same afternoon.
Garden Gallery Cosmos in Baridhara marked the spring with a daylong Live Drawing, Watercolour Session & Exhibition on Saturday 22 February 2025, curated by gallery director Tehmina Enayet.
Artists worked from a model and from the garden itself between 11 am and 3 pm; from 3 pm the finished watercolours were shown and the artists talked with visitors. Those taking part included Biren Shome, Jamal Ahmed, Kuhu Plamondon, Kanak Chanpa Chakma, Shohag Parvez, Shahanoor Mamun, Sourav Chowdhury, and Kamruzzoha.
Flowers, foliage, and spring scenery ran through most of the work made during the day.
